The day after Thanksgiving, while the masses are lining up early for blockbuster sales, tying Christmas trees to their car roofs, or kicking back at home and watching football, you’ve got only one place you need to be: your favorite record store. Tomorrow is Record Store Day Black Friday, a day to support record stores, who in these times need your help, and to pick up exclusive albums, EPs and singles. You may already be familiar with Record Stores Day itself, which has been around since 2007 and occurs every third weekend in April, but its Fall counterpart has been providing music lovers with post-Thanksgiving releases only since 2010. Despite its relatively short lifespan, RSDBF has been growing at just as quickly and has become the home for an annual slew of vinyl reissues and exclusive singles that lured even the most shopping-shy music lovers into record stores. Take a look at some of our picks below and check out the whole list of releases with this handy PDF Wishlist Form, which you can also print and bring with you.
